Daily Skincare Routine ♥ Summer 2017

Summer Daily Skincare Routine
Recently my skin has been flawless (hopefully I'm not jinxing myself! haha) which is funny because I've been using fewer products than I normally do. So today I am updating you guys on my skincare routine because I said I would try to make a post for every season. I also want to document the products I'm using at this moment so the next time my skin is suffering I can reference this post.

Since I have two different routines I will be separating both routines. This is definitely a long post but I tried to fill it up with as much information as I can. I am a huge skincare enthusiast so hopefuly my skin care knowledge can help some of you guys.

Update: In my mind, I thought my routine was pretty simple because I'm not using as many products but after typing everything I can tell you it's not as short as I thought it was. haha

Summer Daily Skincare Routine
Step 1: Water
First thing I do in the morning is splash cold water on my face to help wake myself up and help blood circulation. I don't use cleansers in the morning just water to wash off any leftover residue from the night before.

Step 2: Mizon Joyful Time Essence
Next, I use the leftover essence from the sheet mask packaging I used the previous night. I don't like to waste product so I make sure I use up every drop of liquid in the package.

*Step 3: Essence - Innisfree Green Tea Balancing Lotion
On days when my skin is feeling dry I will apply some more essence on my face. Sometimes I skip this step though and just move onto moisturizer.

Step 4: Cream - Elizavecca Milky Piggy EGF Retinol Cream
I usually have a am and pm cream but I haven't bought a morning cream so I'm currently using this cream for both morning and night. I will talk more about this cream in the night routine.

*Step 5: Eye Stick - IThe Saem Iceland Hydrating Eye Stick
If my dark circles are really puffy I will use this ice stick to soothe my eye area. Again, I don't this every morning just on days when I think I need it. Also, I keep this eye stick in the refrigerator downstairs and some mornings I just don't feel like going all the way down there so I skip this step. #lazy

Step 6: Eye Cream - Elizavecca Gold CF-Nest White Bomb Eye Cream
Yup, I am still using the same eye cream I've been using my Spring night routine.

Step 7: Sunscreen - Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish Sun Milk
This is the newest addition to my routine. I wanted to try a new sun protectant so I went with this one by Etude House. It's amazing! It's a sun milk so it has a different texture from regular sun creams. It has a light aloe scent and dries to a matte finish. Expect this to be featured in my upcoming beauty favorites.

Summer Daily Skincare Routine
Step 1: Makeup Remover - Skin Food Milk Shake Point Make Up Remover
If I wore makeup that day I will start off my night routine by taking off my makeup with this makeup remover. It's one of those makeup removers that separates so you have to shake the bottle which is why it's called milk shake. haha

Step 2: Cleansing Oil - Kose Softy Mo Facial Cleansing Oil Speedy
After I've removed my makeup the next step is to begin my double cleansing process. First, I start off with a cleansing oil. I'm currently using this Japanese cleansing oil. I bought this because it had some decent reviews but I'm actually not a fan. It's really light and feels like a watered down cleansing oil which I do not like.

Step 3: Cleanser - Philosophy Purity Made Simple Facial Cleanser
For the second cleanser, I use the Purity Made Simple Cleanser. I bought the travel-size because I wasn't sure if this still works with my skin (my skin is so picky!) but it does so I do intend to buy a bigger size when this runs out. This cleanser is gentle and moisturizing so it doesn't leave my face feeling dry after my second cleansing.

Step 4: Toner - Cosrx One Step Pimple Clear Pads
For most of the summer, I used the Cosrx Moisture Up Pads (I went through 2 tubs!) but I decided to go back to the original One Step Clear Pads because I think they work better with my skin type. You can read my review on these here.

Step 5: Mask - Mizon Joyful Time Essence Mask or Freeman Anti-Stress Dead Sea Minerals Clay Mask
As you guys know by now I daily mask which means I use a sheet mask every night (read about my experience here). But on days when I don't feel like waiting an extra 10-20 minutes, I use a clay mask. I've been using the Freeman Anti-Stree Dead Sea Minerals Clay Mask once a week and it's a nice rest to give my skin from sheet masks.

Step 6: Essence - Innisfree Green Tea Balancing Lotion
At the moment I am only using an essence because I haven't had the time to buy an emulsion, serum or ampoule. I bought the Innisfree Green Tea Balancing Lotion back when I had a bunch of products to layer but because it's a great product for layering but now I am just using it alone and it's surprisingly an excellent product on its own. If you are new to the 10-step Korean skin care routine I would recommend this product.

Step 7: Cream - Elizavecca Milky Piggy EGF Retinol Cream
Almost done! The next step in my evening routine is moisturizer/cream. I've been using anti-aging creams to help combat early signs of aging. I've been using this cream by Elizavecca since early Summer so I've been with it for a while. This is one of those creams that you have to wait to see results from and I have! I've noticed my face looks more plump and youthful. It's kind of sticky but that's normal since it's an anti-aging cream and most of those creams contain some type of snail ingredient which tends to be stringy and sticky. If you are looking for an afforded anti-wrinkle cream I suggest this one.

Step 8: Oil - Drunk Elephant Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil
After I finished the Drunk Elephant serum I moved onto the facial oil that was in the travel-duo that I bought in the beginning of Summer. I don't normally like using oils but I was curious as to what effects I could get from using this oil so I found another use for it, adding it to my night cream. I mix a drop of this oil in with my cream every night which makes the cream less sticky.

Step 9: Eye Cream - Elizavecca Gold CF-Nest White Bomb Eye Cream
Finally the finishing layer, eye cream! I've gone through countless of tubes of this stuff because I love it so much! You can read my detailed review here.

My Hair Care Essentials ♥ Top 5 Hair Products

Hair Care Essentials
Earlier this summer I posted my hair care routine well today I have something similar, my hair care essentials. A few years ago I wasn't into hair and would use easy tricks to help style and manage my hair but recently I've been more interested in what type of products suit my type of hair. I have black thin curly hair that gets oily really easy. I'm pretty laid back when it comes to my hair and do not like to use too many products so these are my top picks and they all smell amazing!

Hair Care Essentials
Shea Moisture Strengthen + Restore Leave-In Conditioner
I mentioned both of these products from Shea Moisture in my routine so I will lightly go over them. I recently ran out of this leave-in conditioner and let me just say how differently my hair behaved when this product wasn't in my hair. This stuff controls my curls from humidity, reduces frizz, conditions ends, strengthens, nourishes and helps restore your hair from processed and heat damage.

Shea Moisture 10-in-1 Renewal System Hair Masque
Whenever my hair needs an extra pick-me-up I use mask masque. This masque helps tackle 10 hair problems (which you can read on the container) all in one! My hair feels stronger and thicker whenever I use this. For a quick hair rescue, I apply this when I first enter the shower, do my business and then wash off. Same results but just quicker.

Hair Care Essentials
LUSH No Drought Dry Shampoo
On days when my hair looks greasy and bland I apply this on my roots and massage throughout my scalp for a nice fresh lift! This dry shampoo also adds a soft texture, volume and makes your hair smell yummy! Do keep in mind that this isn't the type of dry shampoo you would use on a day you're running late because it requires more time.

Batiste Dry Shampoo
If you need a quick clean up I recommend the Batiste dry shampoos. I've tried many drugstore dry shampoos and this one works the best.

Not Your Mother's Beach Babe Soft Waves Sea Salt Spray
Sea salt sprays are my go-to styling product. I like to spritz this in my hair when I want that beach waves texture. Just make sure not to apply too much because it can dry out your ends.

Weekly Edit #9

Weekly Edit
#1 Welcome to the Sunday edition of the weekly edit! I've always wanted to post one of these on Sunday because nothing really happens to me during on weekdays so the weekends are my highlights and when I have more interesting topics to share (besides this one, lol). Maybe I will start posting these spontaneously just to change things up a bit.

#2 If you haven't guessed already the reason why I didn't post on Friday was that I was playing Splatoon 2! No surprise there! You can expect a review on the game as soon as I finish playing the story mode which should be soon!

#3 In case you were wondering where I got that Splatoon squid, well I made it! If you want to crochet one for yourself the pattern is in this post!

#4 Can you believe there is only one more week left in August? Like I said in my August goals I wanted to have a closet cleanse but I haven't even started! I did clean out some of my drawers but still need to tackle the biggest task, the closet. Hopefully, I can get this done on Tuesday or Wednesday.

#5 Two songs that have been stuck in my head are Gashina by Sunmi and Eye's On Me by Junoflo (feat. G.Soul and Dok2). Both have been on loop nonstop! Eye's On Me is from Show Me The Money 6 which is a Korean rapper competition program. I've actually never watched the show but always listen to the albums because some of the songs are amazing!

#6 I hope you guys aren't annoyed with all the crochet posts I've been posting. I'm not sure whether you guys enjoy reading them or not but I do get more views when I post crochet related content but I would like to know what you guys prefer.

#7 With autumn approaching I want to do something fun like a series or something. I was thinking about participating in Blogtober but I'm not sure if I will be able to post every day in October and then again in December for Blogmas (Yes, I will be doing that again this year!). If any of you have any suggestions as to what I could post in October similar to Blogtober or any type of posts you would like to see in autumn let me know.

Kiki's Delivery Service Sign ♥ Crochet Painting

Kiki's Delivery Service Sign
A couple months ago I was watching Kiki's Delivery Service and was in awe of the bread sign that the bakers make for Kiki for her delivery service. I actually checked online to see if they sell them which they do. However, it's kind of expensive plus the shipping would take a while since most of the sellers are located in Japan. So, I decided to make my own sign!

My original plan was to make a clay version (like the one in this video) but I assumed using clay would be heavy. That's when it hit me, why not crochet a sign? Funny how this wasn't my first idea. I was just going to make the bread sign itself but figured that the yarn would fall if it wasn't held up by something, that's when I realized a crochet painting would be perfect for this project!

Kiki's Delivery Service Sign
I tried to get as much as the details as close to the original sign but obviously, I left out the main detail, Kiki herself! I had planned to make Kiki but the canvas I used isn't that big so I decided to leave her out and just use Jiji. Another feature I decided to leave out was the actual sign. I wanted to extend the painting and make a few chains and crochet a sign but decided against it. This is a permanent idea though so I may make it in the future.

I didn't know which color to use as the background so I checked my yarn stash and went with this reddish/coral color that screams autumn. I've never used this yarn so this was the perfect time to use it.I glued the background to the canvas and then the wreath on top. I didn't want to glue Gigi to the canvas because I wanted him to look as if he were really flying but he's a bit heavy and drags the broom down so I sewed his ears under the bow (on the wreath base). The rest of the details on the wreath are sewn on by hand.

I used colors similar to ones used in the sign in the movie but I did consider just using bread-like shades. I am so proud of how the broom came out. It's so cute! I might make a tutorial on how to make it.

Kiki's Delivery Service Sign
Kiki's Delivery Service Sign
What do you guys think? I love the way it came out but of course, there are things I would change if I were to make a second one. Should I continue to make more painting? I would also like to know which painting you fancy more detailed ones like this one or simpler ones like the one in this post.

Sunglasses Pouch ♥ Crochet Pattern

Sunglasses Pouch Crochet Pattern
You may have noticed that I've been posting more on crocheting lately. In fact, I have another crochet post scheduled to be up later this week! So I hope you enjoy reading or at least looking at my crochet work. I've been crocheting a lot lately so I decided to squeeze in a simple pattern that you can whip up in minutes! Since it's still summer I made a project perfect for summer, a sunglasses sleeve/cozy/pouch!

The pouch itself is really easy to make but the rest may be a bit complicated to understand. If you have any trouble leave a comment and I will try to explain as best as I can.

If you are wondering why the black part of the glasses looks so messy it's because I had a glue accident. Make sure you use a strong glue and be careful when you are gluing everything down!

Sunglasses Pouch Crochet Pattern
You will need:
- Bulky yarn (I used Red Heart Soft Essentials yarn in Biscuit)
- Worsted yarn (I used Red Heart Soft yarn in Minty)
- J/6.00 mm crochet hook
- H/5.00 mm crochet hook
- Scissors (I used two different scissors, one for yarn and the other to cut out the felt)
- Yarn needle
- No-sew glue
- Felt (I used 2 different types of felt a softer one and regular craft felt)

Ch(s) - chain(es)
St(s) - stitch(es)
Slst - slip stitch
Dc - double crochet
Sc - single crochet
Tr - treble (triple) crochet

Sunglasses Pouch Crochet Pattern
Use the larger crochet hook and bulky yarn.
- Ch 21 sts, dc 20 sts. Total = 20 sts
- Ch 1, dc 20 sts (x 14). Total 20 sts
- Cut off, leave long tail for sewing

Sunglasses (make 2)
With smaller hook and worsted yarn create a magic circle, slst, ch 3. In the center of the circle crochet 3 tr. Next 4 dc, ch 1, 1 tr, ch 1, 4 dc, 3 tr, ch3. Slst in the center of the magic circle. Sc around the heart to make it larger. Cut off leave long tails for sewing. Now make another one.

To make the 'ears' of the glasses insert your hook to the 6 st of the right side of one of the hearts. Slst, ch 6. Make 2 sc starting with the 2nd ch from your hook, slst, sc 4, cut off. Repeat on the other heart but on the opposite sides.

Insert your hook on the left side of one of the hearts on the 5 st. Slst, sc 2, turn, ch 1, sc 2, cut off. Using the strand of yarn attach this piece to the opposite side of your other heart piece.

Sunglasses Pouch Crochet Pattern
Using the long yarn tails sew the sunglasses piece on to one of the sides of the sleeve. You will be holding and sewing the pouch later so make sure you line up everything perfectly. Once you have sewn the sunglasses on cut out to black heart shapes out of the heart and glue on top of the hearts.

Sunglasses Pouch Crochet Pattern
Next cut out a large piece of felt (I used a softer felt, like fleece) enough to almost cover the crochet square but make sure to leave some space to sew the pouch together later. Now glue the felt piece on top of the sleeve and lightly press to attach everything. Wait for the glue to dry.

Sunglasses Pouch Crochet Pattern

Use black colored worsted yarn (or whatever color you prefer) and ch 50, cut off. Tie knots on both ends of the chain. Place down long chain on the top of the top of the crochet piece. Fold the top 2-3 rows of your crochet piece down. You can either sew with the chain underneath or weave the chain through later. Carefully sew down this row leaving enough room for the chain to be able to move within.

Sunglasses Pouch Crochet Pattern
After the glue has dried fold the crochet piece in half and sew using the long tail. Weave in ends and you are finished! You now have an adorable crochet pouch that you can keep in your bag all year long!

Peripera Ink Lasting Mint Cushion ♥ Beauty Review

Peripera Ink Lasting Mint Cushion Review
Wearing makeup in the summer can be difficult. I mean who wants to wear foundation when it's hot and humid? I'm also someone who sweats easily so I need a lightweight foundation that lasts a long time and covers up redness. Enter the Peripera Ink Lasting Mint Cushion. This cushion caught my attention because of the adorable Perikiki packaging which is limited edition and only here for the summer! It is also a mint cushion which means it was designed to calm redness.

I've used this on work days, outdoors, and even indoors when I'm just chilling at home. I've tested this cushion enough times and in various environments so how well did it hold up in summer? Is it the summer cushion of my dreams? Keeping reading to find out!

Peripera Ink Lasting Mint Cushion Review

There are three shades to choose from #1 Ivory (19 pure ivory), #2 Beige (21 natural beige) and #3 Sand (#23 healthy sand). I picked shade #2 beige even though I normally picked shade 23 in Korean foundations because sand looked too dark for my skin. Beige was a bit too light for my face but I would rather have a lighter shade than a darker shade because you can always darken a lighter shade with a powder.

There is also a pink ink lasting cushion which is for brightening and a lavender cushion which is for whitening but I went with the mint one because I experience redness when it gets really hot outside so anything to help conceal that is a win-win for me.

Product description
"A single touch is enough to cover and blur the skin with redness and troubles with the smoothness. The ink lasting effect maintains the make-up and the freshness for over 6 hours."

- Easy to use
- Fresh and light
- Natural coverage
- Powdery finish
- Evens out skin tone
- Calms redness
- Build-able
- Long lasting
- Cute packaging
- Affordable

- Does get oily over time
- Clings to dry patches
- Rough cushion puff

My experience
Let's start with the bad things first like the cushion puff. I didn't like the puff. It's too thick and spongy which makes the application kind of uncomfortable at first. I prefer thinner cushion puffs because you can control the foundation better.

The coverage of the cushion is light to medium so blemishes can still be seen it is buildable.though so you will need concealer. My favorite thing about this cushion is the natural finish! The blurring effect hides blemishes and pores making the skin appear smooth, healthy and fresh! This is the perfect daily summer cushion especially if you want a "no makeup look".

After a couple minutes the cushion sets to powdery finish, not completely though. Another thing to keep in mind is that this cushion gets oily throughout the day so if you are looking for a matte cushion this isn't for you.

Now onto the redness. This cushion contains tea tree, peppermint, Centella, and Boswellia these ingredient help whitening, reduce redness, and a soft blurring effect. It did cover the minimal redness that I have on the sides of my cheeks so if you have a little bit of redness and looking for a cushion that can cover that up without layer too much product I would recommend this cushion.

Where to buy
You can purchase the Peripera Ink Lasting Mint Cushion here (Perikiki packaging) or here (regular packaging).

Weekly Edit #8

Weekly Edit
#1 What do you guys think of my crocheting painting? This is the projects I've been working. I have another more detailed crochetanting that I will reveal next week I'm still working on the finishing touches. I am so excited for you guys to see my next painting because it's inspired by one of my favorite movies

Ever since I made my first crocheting painting I knew I wanted to make more. This unicorn latte is the size of a stretched out palm so it's small but cute. I want to make more complex designs but I don't want to make more without anyone interested in buying them.

#2 I finally snatched up a Nintendo Switch! Ahhhh! I'm so excited for it to arrive! It's scheduled to come next Friday so you know what I will be doing next weekend!

#3 I also started driving again this week (fun fact: I don't have a driver's license). I started practicing driving at the age of 16 but had many nightmares about me uncontrollably driving and crashing that I stopped practicing and never got my license. I am now 24 and I finally think it's time for me to get my license so I can drive myself anywhere at whatever time I want. I am so tired of waiting on others to drive me to go grocery shopping or on coffee runs.

#4 Summer is slowing fading away which means Autumn is coming! Let me know what type of posts you guys would like to see in Fall. I'm not that into Fall beauty so if you have any ideas for other types of posts I could publish next season let me know because so far I don't have any seasonal posts planned.

#5 I found this blog called Simple Vegan Blog. It has many easy vegan recipes. Some recipes I would like to try are the caramel frappuccino, burrito bowl, easy acai bowl, and Singapore noodles.

#6 I want my blog to be an environment where you can escape your daily troubles and not think about negativity. However, I am someone who watches the news every day so I am familiar with world events. The news lately has just been so devastating to watch. I live in a small town in Georgia so I know those types of people exist (I went to school with people like that) but to see a crowd of people like that marching around the streets and spreading hate it just sickening. All we can do is think positive and hope for the best.

#7 What exciting thing happened to you this week? For me, it was finally buying a Nintendo Switch!

My Makeup Routine ♥ Summer 2017

My Makeup Summer Routine
An updated makeup routine has been long overdue! Thar;s why today I am sharing my current summer makeup routine. These are the products that I've been using in summer the most to create my daily appearance.

My Makeup Summer Routine
After I've finished my morning skincare routine I follow up with the Etude House Tone-Up Mint Primer and apply all over my face. This primer helps cover up redness and even out my skin tone, just make sure not to apply too much. Next, I apply the Peripera Perikiki Collection Ink Lasting Mint Cushion with the puff. This cushion has a mint toning blurring effect that also helps with redness but it isn't as noticeable as the primer. To cover up my under eye circles I apply The Saem Cover Perfection Ideal Concealer Duo, the tip side. For spots and blemishes, I use The Saem Cover Perfection Tip Concealer. To blend the concealer together I use the Missha Water In Sponge to blend.

My Makeup Summer Routine
Two new steps that I've added to my routine this summer have been blush and highlight. I've never been a huge fan of either but lately, I've been loving how these two make my face look. I lightly apply the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Paaarty Blush with a blush crush just enough to give my face a little bit of warmth. With a fan brush, I apply the Colourpop Monster Super Shock Highlighter on my nose, sides and above my cupids bow. This highlight is a pink and opalescent duo chrome that luminous finish on your face.

My Makeup Summer Routine
My Makeup Summer Routine
On onto my eyes, I use the Wet N Wild Eyeshadow Primer to prime my lids to help the shadows stick better. Next, I fill in my eyebrows with the Etude House Drawing Eye Brow. I love this eyebrow pencil because it's buildable and you can control it really well. The palette I've been reaching the most is the NYX Happy Birthday Palette as my go-to eyeshadow palette. I usually blend two colors together on the lid and bring one of the shadows on the outer lower end and blend out. If I choose to wear eyeliner that day I will use the Tony Moly Back Gel Eyeliner, my favorite!

My Makeup Summer Routine
To give my eyes a little shimmer I apply the Etude House Tear Drop Liner on my lower lash line. This is also a simple way to get that aegyo-sal look. Since I don't use regular eye curlers because they rip off my eyelashes I use the Huluwa Heated Eyelash Curler to curl my lashes. Finally, to finish the eyes I use the Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara. This is my absolute favorite mascara because of the lasting formula and easy to control mascara wand.

My Makeup Summer Routine
Now to the final part, the lips! These have been my top 3 lip colors of summer. I use the Tarte Tarteist Lip Paint in Birthday Suit when I want a neutral lip color with a rosy tint. When I want a summer appropriate pop of color I will either use the Peripera Airy Ink Velvet in Pretty Orange Pink or Etude House Berry Delicious Liquid Lips Juicy in PK013. All of these lip products are perfect for summer because they stay on for a long time and the color doesn't fade away quickly.

Crochet Pieces I Never Finished ♥ Failed Crochet Projects

Failed Crochet Projects
I love to crochet on my spare time and even have an Etsy shop where I sell some of my crochet work. When I'm not making items for my shop I enjoy crocheting other projects for myself like home decor.

I thought it could be fun for you guys to get a glimpse at my unfinished crochet projects that I never completed and why I stopped working on them. These are just a couple pieces because I have other boxes somewhere filled with more yarn madness but today I'm only going to show you what I think were the most interesting.

Failed Crochet Projects
The first thing that probably draws your eyes is the alpaca shaped thing. I think I originally wanted to make a sleep mask out of this but for some reason, I never finished it. I think because I wanted to make it into something else. The piece underneath is the front of a failed concha (a type of Mexican pastry) fanny pack. I wanted to make this for my older sister because she had requested a fanny pack for work. I wanted to surprise her with it for Christmas or on her birthday years ago but never got around to finishing it. I'm glad I never finish it and gave it to her because it doesn't even look like a concha! lol

On the right, there are some sleep masks I never finished. I was trying a different style of sleep mask on the blue mask I probably wasn't feeling it though and stopped (but why did I proceed to make the other half?). All the way on the bottom is two bunny shaped pieces. These were originally going to be sewn together and made into a brooch, pin or hair clip.

Failed Crochet Projects
Starting with the left side, there is a cream colored cotton coaster. I wanted to make a cute coaster for my room and this was supposed to be the base but when I finished it didn't come out the way I wanted it to so I just scraped the idea and threw this into my crochet bin. On top is a mini green cactus. This was going to be for a crochet pattern which I may still post one day. Next to the cactus is a non-completed turtle. This was going to be for a bakery series but I didn't think they looked with bread pastries so I never continued with that series.

That cone shaped piece on the right is a crepe cone. At the time I like how it came out but now I know I can make a better one. This was going to be for my bakery/pastry collection that I never released. On the bottom, is a deep orange autumn leaf. I know it looks finished but it was going to be a garland so technically it's unfinished. Maybe I will get motivated to finish it this autumn.

Failed Crochet Projects
I made this because I wanted to try out a different crochet technique (can't remember the name of it tho). I think I wanted to turn this into a pillow or something because there is a wide opening waiting to be stuffed. I wish I would've used pastel or ombre colors instead. I guess I can always stuff it and give it to Lucy so she can play with it.

Failed Crochet Projects
Failed Crochet Projects
The biggest project that I never finished was this huge tapestry thing. I was inspired by an Instagram account that makes tapestries out of yarn. They are crazy expensive so I attempted to make my own.  Looking back on it now I wish I would've planned this project out better by drawing it on paper (like I do with most projects) because my biggest problem with this was not knowing what I wanted it to look like. If I were to make this again I would use a thicker yarn and/or different stitch to make a sturdy base.

Failed Crochet Projects
Fun Fact: This was one of my first crochet plushies I ever made! When I first started crocheting I only knew how to crochet with back loop only. There weren't too many crochet videos out at the time showing me how to properly crochet either but I eventually learned how to properly crochet on my own. You can tell how much my crochet has improved compared to the other pieces.
