Collective Stationery Haul ♥ Amazon, Target, & Etsy

Collective Stationery Haul
You guys know how much I adore stationery. For the past month, I've collected a nice stash of stationery from stores such as Target, Etsy, Amazon, and my favorite place, the Target Dollar Spot. Since I haven't shared a stationery haul in a while but I wanted to post one today because some I discovered some adorable things and I wanted to share.

Collective Stationery Haul
White-out is one of my planner essential so I always make sure that I always have on hand. I bought this milk bottle correction tape set on Amazon because I wanted it ASAP but you can probably find this set for a lot less eBay.

I bought the Sumikko Gurashi notepad from a store at the mall back in December. The Sumikko Gurashi characters are some of my favorites but it's so hard to find their products here in the states so I was surprised to find this notepad at my local mall.

Collective Stationery Haul
Target always has the best Valentine's Day collection and this year was no difference! The Dollar Spot also has a lot of cute pink Valentine's Day items. I bought those two packs of heart-shaped doilies and two rolls of washi tape.

Collective Stationery Haul
I'm such a fan of checklists so when I saw this notepad and sticky note it was a no-brainer!

Collective Stationery Haul
I've followed The Angel Shoppe for a while on Instagram but never bought anything until now. When I saw this planner page maker it was too cute to pass up (I was going through a diecut phase at the time). I also bought a candle diecut but was disappointed because they gave me the wrong color. I was surprised at how small the diecuts came but I will still use them.

It took 2 weeks for my order to ship and then a whole month for it to arrive! These were Christmas items so I was hoping they would arrive before the end of December but they didn't until the end of January. As cute as the designs are I think I won't be purchasing anything from The Angel Shoppe until they improve their shipping time.

Collective Stationery Haul
Lastly, I wanted to share my latest Sprinkled Pug stickers that I received over the past few weeks. I cannot wait to use those heart-shaped pizzas in February!

Collective Stationery Haul
I'm so happy Liz made Nintendo Switch stickers and they're pastel too! She also made some Fuck It! stickers and Pastel Instagram stickers.

BT21 Chimmy Plush ♥ Crochet Pattern

BT21 Chimmy Plush Crochet Pattern
After I posted my first BT21 plush I received a lot of positive feedback so I've decided to make the rest of the BT21 characters! I got a couple of requests to make certain characters so I will be crocheting them all! My plan is to post one BT21 pattern a month so please be patient with me as I slowly release each pattern. The first request I got was for Chimmy so I made him next.

Chimmy was created by Jimin from BTS. "Born with passion and tries hard at everything." Chimmy is a black and white dog who wears a yellow hoodie.

Chimmy's head was the trickiest part to make. Instead of crocheting one round piece I crocheted two pieces and sewed them together but you can't really tell. I wanted to make one piece for the head but it was difficult because I also had to include his face (the white part) because I didn't want to crochet a separate piece or use felt. Looking back I would've focused more on the shape of the head and trying to get that perfect "Chimmy shape" but overall I'm happy with the finished project.

BT21 Chimmy Plush Crochet Pattern
Supplies:
- White worsted yarn
- Yellow worsted yarn
- Black worsted yarn
- G/4.25 mm crochet hook
- Polyfil stuffing
- Black felt
- Glue
- Scissors
- Yarn needle

Aberrations:
Ch(s) - chain(es)
St(s) - stitch(es)
Cc - color change
Slst - slip stitch
Sc - single crochet
Dec - decrease
Flo - front loop only
(x2) - repeat __ amount of times

BT21 Chimmy Plush Crochet Pattern
Head (make 2)
With white yarn (Use yellow yarn for the second piece)
- Magic circle 6 sts. Total = 6 sts
- 2 sc in each st (x6). Total = 12 sts
- 2 sc in each st (x12). Total = 24 sts
- Sc 24 sts. Total = 24 sts
cc to yellow yarn
- 2 sc in next st, sc 1 st (x12). Total = 36 sts
- Sc 10 sts, 2 sc in next st (x4), sc 3 sts, dec 1, sc 3 sts, 2 sc in next st (x4), sc 10 sts. Total = 43 sts
- Sc 43 sts. Total = 43 sts
Cut off (only one first piece)

Face the two crochet pieces together, right sides facing each other. slst your current piece (the one that is still attached to your hook) to the first piece and sc around.  Cut off 10 sts before you reach the beginning to turn the piece inside out. Stuff and shape head. Finish sewing the head closed with a yarn needle.

Ears (make 2)
- Magic circle 8 sts. Total = 8 sts
- Sc 8 sts (x8). Total = 8 sts
- Dec 1, sc 2 (x2). Total = 6 sts
Cut off, leave long tails for sewing

BT21 Chimmy Plush Crochet Pattern
Legs (make 2)
- Magic circle 8 sts. Total = 8 sts
- Sc 8 sts (x4). Total = 8 sts
Cut off (only first leg)

Make the second leg but DO NOT cut off. Attach the second leg by ch 2, slst to a stitch on the first leg. Now you will be creating the body.

Body
- Sc 8 sts, sc 2 flo, sc 8 sts, sc 2 flo. Total = 20 sts
- Sc 20 sts (x8). Total = 20 sts
- Dec 1, sc 1 (x10). Total = 10 sts
*start stuffing*
- Dec 5 sts. Total = 5 sts
Cut off

Arms (make 2)
With white yarn,
- Magic circle 6 sts. Total = 6 sts
- Sc 6 sts (x2). Total = 6 sts
cc to yellow
- Sc 6 sts (x4). Total 6 sts
Cut off, leave long tail for sewing

BT21 Chimmy Plush Crochet Pattern
With black felt cut out Chimmy's face. Two eyes, a nose, mouth, and tongue, look at a photo for reference. For the mouth, I cut out a 'P' shape with black felt and a 'U' shape with pink felt. Glue the black felt piece over the pink felt piece. I used a black marker to make the line on the tongue. Glue the face down on the center of the white circle and press down lightly to secure.

BT21 Chimmy Plush Crochet Pattern
Assembly
Attach the arms to the side of the Chimmy's body. Sew the ears on top of his head and finally sew his head to his body. With a scrap of orange yarn ch 12 sts, tie ends to create a knot and weave this chain where the body meets the head, these are Chimmy's hoodie strings.

BT21 Chimmy Plush Crochet Pattern
You are done! Now Van has a friend, Chimmy! Who should I make next?

Coffee Chat #3

Coffee Chat
#1 I had a digital detox earlier this week. I unfollowed over 200 accounts on Instagram! Most of the pages I unfollowed were old Youtubers that I don't watch anymore, Etsy sticker shops, and ghost accounts where the person doesn't post anymore so I didn't feel bad.

#2 SM Entertainment decided to release Jonghyun's album Poet | Artist this week. He had been working on a comeback before his passing and had even filmed a music video. I had to mentally prepare myself but I still cried watching the music videos but I'm pretty sure most people did as well. My favorite songs from the album are GreaseOnly One You Need, and Before Our Spring.

#3 I've been watching Sanrio Boys and I low key kind of love it! I'm not a fan of anime but when I heard that Sanrio was coming out with one that involves boys who are fans of Sanrio characters I couldn't resist! For those who don't know what Sanrio Boys is about it's an anime about high school boys who are fans of Sanrio characters, pretty self-explanatory.

#4 This week the new Overwatch Blizzard World update was released and I am living for the black cat D.VA skin! Thankfully I had a lot of coins saved so I instantly got the skin the day it was released. Who else is loving Blizzard World update?

#5 So much music was released this week. First with Jonghyun's album dropped then iKON and Davichi released new albums too. Plus, Red Velvet's comeback is set for this weekend, I'm so excited!

#6 I've have had the worst luck this week. Not only did our toilet paper handle fall off (twice) but so did our shower door, I got two pimples on the side of my cheek (the same side), a cable from the television in our game randomly fall off and Mercury isn't even in retrograde!

#7 I updated my Etsy shop! Check out this post for more details. Even if you aren't interested I would really appreciate it if you could spread the word about my shop.

Too Faced Eye Shadow Palettes ♥ Makeup Collection

Too Faced Eye Shadow Palette Collection
When it comes to cute makeup Too Faced takes the cake! Over the years I've collected a few palettes from Too Faced so today I'm going to share my collection in case you are interested in purchasing one for yourself or as a gift.

Too Faced Eye Shadow Palette Collection
For the past three years, I've been gifted a new Too Faced palette for each Christmas. Not only is the packaging adorable but they're magnetic so they snap closed, easy to wipe clean and they smell amazing because they're chocolate-scented! The only problem I have is that the mirrors don't bend all the way (not even halfway) which can be annoying.

In terms of the eyeshadows themselves, they are silky smooth, easy to blend and pigmented! The finishes vary depending on which palette you choose but most palettes contain a mix of shimmery, sparkly and matte eyeshadows. Some of the palettes have similar colors to other palettes so I recommend looking up swatches online if you are concerned about getting duplicate colors.

Too Faced Eye Shadow Palette Collection
The Clover Eyeshadow Palette is the most colorful out of the bunch even though I'm into neutral eyeshadows it's nice to have a couple bold shades to play with. I also love the layout of the Clover palette compared to the other two palettes, you get 2 extra colors!

Too Faced Eye Shadow Palette Collection
The Chocolate Bar Palette was my first Too Faced palette I ever received. Before this palette, I owned the first Naked palette by Urban Decay. I would highly recommend the Too Faced palettes because they're so much cuter but that's just my bias opinion.

Out of the TF palettes I own I personally think the Chocolate Bon Bons Palette is the cutest. I mean it has heart-shaped eyeshadows! This palette reminds me of those cheap eyeshadow palettes you use to get when you were little but the "grown-up" version.

Looking at these palettes next to each other they have similar colors but the Bon Bon one has more pink shadows.

Too Faced Eye Shadow Palette Collection
My most used Too Faced palette is the White Chocolate Chip Palette because it's compact, the mirror bends half way and the shades are my favorite! The size is about the size of a credit card so I keep in tucked in my purse.

The Peanut Butter and Jelly Palette is my least used probably because it was an impulse purchase that I bought simply based on the adorable packaging. What can I say I'm such a sucker for cute packaging!

A Week In Numbers ♥ Sick Edition

A Week In Numbers
Hi there! Sorry for the impromptu break but I was sick most of last week and was bedridden for 3 of those days and didn't open my laptop at all for obvious reasons. I will resume my regular blogging schedule this week so look forward those new posts coming this week. Anyways, today I have another 'Day In Numbers' for you guys but sick edition! I've posted a couple of these posts in the past and you guys seem to like them so I tracked my sick week in numbers. Hopefully, this version is just as interesting.

5 total days I was sick
6 pm, the time in which it started to snow last Tuesday
3 more "snow days" my younger sister got off from school
4 pillows I stacked to keep my head propped up whilst I slept
2 bowls of veggie noodle soup I ate
22 wads of tissue I threw away (all from one day)
20+ times I tossed and turned trying to find a comfy spot to sleep #insomia
5 cups of Thermaflu I drank (that stuff really helps!)
30 ml of DayQuil I drank every 4 fours for 3 days in a row. You do the math.
5 days of yoga I missed
243738473 cups of tea I drank (I finished 2 boxes!)
30+ times I thought about having an iced coffee
11 pm the time I went to make some iced coffee because I missed it so much! #coffeeaddict
3 "play of the game" I got this weekend playing Overwatch! #nerfthis
31 songs I currently have on my January 2018 playlist #kpoptrashproblems
10 Disney movies I watched while sick
5 times I woke up choking because of my darn itchy throat! Fun fact: I try to always have water on hand with me because I'm scared I'm going to die of choking. #paranoid
3 different sweaters Lucy wore this week
10 Nature Republic sheet masks I received in the mail
34 items I have in my Etsy shopping cart but I won't buy because #broke
4 mugs I would switch in and out of tea sessions
3 different colored skeins of yarn I have sitting on my desk

Coffee Chat #2

Coffee Chat
#1 Color swatch nails have been my latest obsession. I saw them on Kyary Pamyu Pamyu first and loved the look so I decided to recreate them myself. Last week I painted them purple, this week I went with a pink color scheme and next week I plan on going with a turquoise theme. It really easy! All you need is 5 nail polishes within the same color family.

#2 Every time I do these 30-day yoga challenges I notice how weak my back is. Which I find ironic because I heard that yoga is supposed to make your back stronger.

#3 I posted my first crochet pattern of the year this week. My goal is to post 1-2 patterns a month. I have also decided to continue the BT21 series because I've been getting comments to create the rest of the characters so I will! My plan is to post one BT21 pattern a month. I will be posting my next BT21 pattern later this month!

#4 I've been really loving JYP's new boy group, Stray Kids. I loved "Hellevator" when I first listened to it and now I can't get "Grrr" out of my head, it's been on loop ever since it was released! Since I can't add JYP music to my Spotify playlists I decided to share it on here in case you haven't heard of them.

#5 This week I posted my top 17 songs of 2017 plus I updated my blog playlist so if you are interested to give it a listen.

#6 Are you a coffee or tea person? Tea is alright but I'm a coffee addict all the way! I just prefer the strong flavor of coffee. I've tried adding two tea bags in my cup but all I ever taste is water and I leave my tea bags in for the entire time! Don't get me wrong I do enjoy tea but if I had to choose between the two coffee will always win my heart.

#7 Sorry if this week's coffee chat wasn't interesting. Nothing interesting happened to me this week so there wasn't much to report.

My Top 17 K-pop Songs of 2017

My Top 17 Kpop Songs of 2017
Over the weekend I put together my 2017 Kpop playlist (playlist on the side of blog). The playlist contains over 70 songs but that seemed too long so I decided to condense the playlist and pick my personal favorite 17 songs. I decided to pick 17 because I'm so indecisive that picking 5 or 10 would be too difficult so I choose 17 which was still hard! Here are my top 17 picks in no particular order.

1. Red Velvet - Peek-A-Boo
When this song came out I had it on repeat pretty much all day. I also loved Red Flavor and Rookie wasn't horrible but Peek-A-Boo was my favorite song that Red Velvet released this year.

2. KARD - You In Me

3. TAEMIN - Move

4. Epik High - Home Is Far Away
The whole We've Done Something Wonderful album is spectacular so make sure to listen to it if you haven't especially if you love the Hip-hop/Rap side of Kpop. Some of my favorites include Love Story, Here come the Regrets, Bleed, and Lost Ones.

5. ZICO - Artist

6. BLACKPINK - As If It's Your Last

7. Highlight - Plz Don't Be Sad
The best song that Highlight could've rewarded their fans with.

8. Twice - Heart Shaker
I wasn't a huge fan of Twice's 2017 releases. Knock Knock and Signal were alright songs and I couldn't stand Likey but Twice won me back with Heart Shaker.

9. Jonghyun - Lonely (Ft. Taeyeon)

10. SUNMI - Gashina

11. B.A.P - Honeymoon

12. BTS - Not Today
Literally, my go-to song when I have one of those "I can't even" moments.

13. LOONA/ODD EYE CIRCLE - Girl Front
LOONA released amazing songs in 2017 but some of my favorite songs were by the sub-unit, ODD EYE CIRCLE. Once these girls finally debut they are going to take over!

14. EXO - Universe

15. DAY6 - All Alone
DAY6 released a song a month along with extra songs so it was sooooooo tough picking just one song. But All Alone was one of my favorites because of the lyrics hence why I picked it. I may make a separate post on my favorite songs from the Every Day6 project.

16. GOT7 - You Are

17. The Rose - Sorry

My Top 17 Kpop Songs of 2017
Are you a K-pop fan? What was your favorite song released in 2017?

Pusheen Card ♥ Crochet Pattern

Pusheen Card Crochet Pattern
Over the weekend my younger sister turned 18 years old. For her birthday I made crocheted her a Pusheen birthday card because she's a huge Pusheen fan and she really loved the Christmas card I made her. She even displayed it in her room and she never does that when I make her things. I really loved the way my card turned out so I decided to share the pattern with you guys so you can make for the Pusheen fans in your life.

cut off, weave in ends

Sew the first 2 rows of the tail down on the backside of the card.

Assembly
Surface crochet Pusheen's marks with the dark grey yarn, I crocheted 4 sts and left 2 rows in-between each mark, weave in yarn strands.

For Pusheen's face use felt to cut out her eyes, mouth, and whiskers. Glue down with a no-sew glue and press to secure felt pieces.

After you have sewn everything down its time to glue the cards down. Using a tape runner or double-sided tape, tape 2-3 blank cards together. Fold "hamburger style" to create the standard card shape. Open and place glue all over one side and carefully place the glue to the inside of the Pusheen card. Press to secure and lay open for the glue to dry. Done!

Coffee Chat #1

Coffee Chat
Welcome to the first Coffee Chat of the year! I decided to do another year of random weekly chats but renaming them to something different, Coffee Chat. I enjoy these weekly posts because I can just briefly talk about whatever happened in my life this week without getting too detailed.

#1 After watching some DAY6 interviews and live performances my love for this group has expanded! They're so talented I just can't!

#2 My mom found my Instagram and FOLLOWED ME! So I obviously blocked her because that's the type of relationship I have with my parents. They've never known about my blog before but I know they wouldn't understand. Ugh.

#3 I updated my blog music player with my favorite songs from 2017. I will be posting a blog post featuring my top 17 songs but if you are bored and want to jump down the Kpop rabbit hole then listen to my 2017 playlist.

#4 I've been following Yoga with Adriene's newest 30 Day challenge, True. I've done her past monthly challenges but this is my first-time actively following it.

#5 I updated my crochet page on my blog so now when you click on it you should see the 17 crochet patterns that I posted in 2017 along with the rest of my patterns. This weekend I plan on updating my 'about me' section and blog playlist.

#6 One of my goals this year is to finally get the coffee to milk ratio in my iced coffee correct. I always eyeball it but sometimes I pour in too much coffee or viceversa.

#7 It's my younger sister's 18th birthday tomorrow. I can't believe she's 18 years old! *cries*
