#1 We're a little bit more than halfway through Blogtober. How are you guys liking the posts? Let me take a moment to toot my own horn and say that I'm very proud of the content I've been posting this month. I've also started coming up with ideas for Blogmas. Is anybody else participating in Blogmas this year?

#2 Why I'm Pledging Self-Love

#3 The amount of physical pain I've been getting due to my anxiety is getting worse. I've mentioned before that I get heart palpations and really painful stomach aches especially when I'm feeling extra anxious. I went to a doctor a couple months ago but they didn't really help because they said that I have nothing serious and that it's due to stress. So, if anybody else struggles with this and has any advice I would really appreciate it.

#4 Listed some new items in my Depop shop. I might list some more stuff this weekend like books and accessories.

#5 Your Feelings Are Valid – It’s Okay

#6 My mom left for Mexico yesterday. She's going to be spending the next two weeks there which means she'll be there for the Dia De Los Muertos celebrations! I'm totally jealous! We've never celebrated Dia De Los Muertos at home but it's something that I would love to experience.

  1. I'm so sorry that the doctor didn't give you any helpful answers, but you should really try again with someone different! When I first went in for my epilepsy the doctor said it was just anxiety and tried to put me on antidepressants, which I knew I didn't need. I was down about it for a while, but I eventually went back and found a doctor who actually listened to me and helped me find the actual answer! If it's really causing you that much pain, it's worth trying again and again to get some help 💕
