I'm back with another K-pop fan stick plus! This time I'm making the NU'EST fan stick. NU'EST is one of those groups that I've followed since the beginning. I still remember when they debuted with Face (Ren with his ponytail is everything!). My younger sister was a fan of them too so we would watch all of their variety shows.

When I found out they auditioned for season 2 of Producer 101 I felt really bad for them because that show is basically for trainees and the fact that a group had to audition once again must suck. However, the program gave them publicity and made them more popular. As a result, we got Wanna One (which Minhyun was a part of) and NU'EST W which meant the members could perform on stage again! All 5 members of NU'EST recently made a comeback with BET BET and they just won their first ever win as a whole group! I'm so proud of them!

NU'EST fans are called LOVE and their colors are a deep teal and a vivid pink. Their official lightstick can light up in those colors! As of right now, it doesn't seem that their light stick has a name but if it does let me know.

This fan stick was kind of tricky to crochet. The base itself wasn't but the lines were a nightmare! I ended up just making a white base for the main part of the light stick and gluing black felt pieces for the stripes. To be honest, I'm not 100% happy with how this turned out but that could just me being too critical with myself. You can always just the NU'EST fan colors instead of white which I think would look nicer.

Assembly
The next part is slightly annoying, making the stripes. I used black felt to create the black stripes that are on the NU'EST fan stick. At the top part leave enough space to where a heart is formed. I had a difficult placing the stripes in the correct placements and cutting the stripes in the correct shape and size so I recommend taking this part slowly. Leaving one side to dry before you move onto the next side so that the strips have had enough time to dry and won't slip everywhere.
