Korean Beauty Haul ♥ The Face Shop, Nature Republic + Etude House

Korean Beauty Haul
I haven't posted a Korean beauty haul in a while so I thought it would be appropriate to post one today, because why not? I only have a few products to share but I still hope you still find this entertaining!

Korean Beauty Haul
Etude House Play 101 Stick Contour Duo
This is the first product I picked up from the Etude House Play 101 stick line. I do intend on buying a foundation (and maybe a blush) in the future. This was the most raved product from the release. It's the double ended contouring stick with a highlighter on one side and a darker shade on the other side. I can't wait to play around with this product!

Nature Republic Soothing + Moisture Aloe Vera Soothing Gel
Last year I noticed these red blotches appeared on my cheeks. The most annoying part is that they come and go as they please and I really want to get rid of them! I've tried using coconut oil (that did nothing) so now I'm testing out aloe in hopes that it will diminish these annoying spots! This aloe vera gel is super popular in South Korea so I hope it lives up to it's reputation!

Korean Beauty Haul
Etude House Aloe Moistfull Soothing Skin
I did't know Etude House had a Aloe Moistfull line until just recently. Since I had a great experience using the Moistfull Collagen cream I decided to get a toner this time. I've tested this out already and it's really refreshing and soothing, especially on my cheeks.

The Face Shop Blackhead Out Aloe Nose Strips
Keeping with the whole aloe theme. I also bought these nose strips from The Face Shop that just so happen to also have aloe infused in them! I bought these to reduce the amount of blackheads on my nose. These were the only ones I could find online with positive reviews, hopefully they work! Let me know if you would like to see a review on these.

Tokyo Disney Disney Haul ♥ Tsum Tsums

Disney Haul
I never been a huge Disney fan (not compared to some crazy Disney fans) but lately I've been really into everything Disney related! All I want to do is watch Disney movies and buy Disney merch! Today I wanted to share some recent Disney purchases I've bought the past couple of weeks.

Disney Haul
I bought the cat plush Minnie and the oyster from Alice In Wonderland from a Japanese seller on Instagram. The Star Wars Tsum Tsum collection came out last week so I bought four of them. I'm not the biggest Star Wars fan but I still enjoy the series from time to time. My favorite is Yoda because he looks like a guacamole burrito!

Disney Haul
I bought this adorable Marie shoulder purse in the beginning of the month because I was going to use when we went to Disney, however that didn't end up happening. It's from Japan so I bought it in advance before I found out we weren't going. It's actually a Disney pass holder but there is also small pouch so you can keep a few items. I bought it because I kept seeing girls wearing them everywhere and they are so cute!

February Birchbox ♥ Monthly Subsciption

February Birchbox Unboxing
It's time again to share what I received in my monthly Birchbox. If you don't know what Birchbox is, it's a monthly beauty box subscription. For $10 a month you get 4-5 deluxe samples hand picked for you based on a beauty quiz you take in the beginning. I've been subscribed for a few years now and honestly love them but not every box is the best. Let's see if this box was a winner or not.

February Birchbox Unboxing
Box overview

February Birchbox Unboxing
Borghese Fango Purificante Clay Cleanser Full-size, $30
"This gentle, foaming formula deep-cleans like a mask as it soothes skin."

My skin is really picky when it comes to cleansers so I most likely won't be using this. I might use it as a mask though.

February Birchbox Unboxing
ARROW BOOST Color Enhancing Lip Balm Full-size, $14
"This super hydrating formula adjusts to your pH, enhancing each wearer's natural lip color to create the perfect hue."

This is the only sample that I've used so fat. This balm is really hydrating, moisturizing and naturally changes my lips, about 2-3 shades pinker then my natural lip color.

February Birchbox Unboxing
Corioliss Argan Conditioning Mask Full-size, $40
"This nourishing mask is packed with argan oil, fatty acids, vitamin E, and tea tree oil to add softness and shine."

Ever since January I've been using a hair mask once every week. I don't actually own a hair mask so I'm thankful for another hair mask sample! I've been using past Birchbox hair mask samples and coconut oil the past few weeks, but I'm running low! If anybody has any hair mask recommendations please let me know!

February Birchbox Unboxing
Color Club Mini Polish - That's My Jam Full-size, $8.50
"You all love the lush lacquer color in this vegan, 100% cruelty-free nail polish. Plus it's made in the USA!"

Color Club is one of my favorite nail polishes brands so I was excited to see a bottle in my box. However, I'm not a fan of the color red. The name of this polish is really cute though so I will give it a chance!

February Birchbox Unboxing
Catherine Malandrino Romance de Provence Full-size, $65-$110
"An ode to Provence, this timeless scent mixes fruity and floral nuances with vanilla and patchouli."

February Birchbox Unboxing
This box was not my most favorite Birchbox. I did receive a few products that I will use, like hair mask, lip balm and possibly the nail polish. But I don't think this box was worth $10.

What's In My Makeup Pouch ♥ Winter Edition

What's In My Makeup Pouch
I haven't updated you guys on my makeup pouch/bag since last summer so I thought I would give you guys a look into what's currently in my makeup bag. These are the beauty products I've been frequently using at the moment.

What's In My Makeup Pouch
The cushion I've been using the most since I bought it is the Physician's Formula cushion. I adore the coverage of this cushion (review here)! A new product I've been playing around with is the Etude House Play 101 Contour Stick. I want to get into contouring so I'm hoping this will give my face some dimension. I also keep my favorite concealer the Aritaum Full Cover Liquid Concealer (review here) in my makeup bag.

What's In My Makeup Pouch
These are my go-to eye makeup products. (left to right) L'Oreal Miss Manga Rock Voluminous Waterproof Mascara (review here), Tony Moly Backstage Eyeliner (review here), Etude House Proof 10 Eye Primer, Etude House Tear Drop Liner, Etude House Bling Bling Eye Stick and It's Skin Babyface Natural Eyebrow.

What's In My Makeup Pouch
For some reason I always keep so many lip products! Right now I have 5 different types of lip products. (left to right) Peripera Peri's Tint Water (review here), It's Skin Strawberry Macaron Lip Balm, Viva Glam Ariana Grande Lipglass, Etude House Dear Darling Tint and Arrow Boost Color Enhancing Lip Balm. I've been really into subtle lip colors and tints at the moment. Lip tints are easy to use, buildable and moisturizing! I love them so much!

My Planner Clips ♥ Stationery Collection

My Planner Clip Collection
I love using planner clips to separate sections in my planner. They are cute bookmarks that keep my pages organized. I always keep a clip on my weekly spread and one on the monthly calendar. Let's take a close look at my planner clip collection!

My Planner Clip Collection
My Planner Clip Collection
I currently have six planner paper clips. The cute blue kitty, the two Marie and Baymax clips are all from Cute By Design Co. The pink glittery cow is from The Angel Shoppe. Lastly, the sleep mask is a DIY I posted a few months ago. My favorite of the group has to be the Marie shaker clip! I use with almost every spread because it's so cute!

Disney Theme ♥ Weekly Planner Spread

Disney Theme Planner Spread
This week I was suppose to go to Disney World so I decorated my planner with a Disney theme. However, I found out earlier this week that we were't going (I'm still devastated by the news). I decided to keep the theme of Disney going though. It was a really fun spread to create! I love all the color I used but I still get a bit sad looking at this spread because of what could've been.

Disney Theme Planner Spread
Here is an overall view of the spread. I used these princess page flags from xotiphani and placed them on days I had planned to post a blog post. I bought the page flags thinking they were those sticky note page flags (like the ones you can find at Target) but they are actually stickers! They're kind of hard to use though but still really cute!

This week I also ran out of hydrate stickers so I drew in little water drops at the bottom of my fitness section (which I completely failed at btw). See you don't need hundreds of stickers to have a cute planner! All you need is a pen and an imagination!

Disney Theme Planner Spread
Here is the left side of my planner. I didn't know what washi tape to use at the bottom so I ended up using a sliver glitter tape. Since I've been sick of pink spreads I decided to use blue washi tape instead (but I was thinking of using pink). I really love how the sliver blue look together! I used mainly princesses in this spread but maybe I will make another Disney spread in the future without princesses.

Disney Theme Planner Spread
Here is the right side. It was Lucy's birthday on Saturday. We spoiled her with treats and my older sister even made her a peanut butter cake, which she loved! It was also Splatfest with Pokemon teams on Friday (I was on team blue). Other then that I really didn't so much this week. I took a lot of blog post photos (which I forgot to check off) and just chilled at home. Like I said, I was really excited to go to Disney World but whatever, there is always next time.

Furry Friends TAG ♥ Lucy's 2nd Birthday

Furry Friends TAG
It's my lovely lil Lucy's birthday today! So this post is dedicated to her. I saw this furry friends tag online and I thought it would be really entertaining to make one on Lucy.

1. What is your pet's name?

2. What kind of pet is it and what breed?
An adorable Pomeranian puppy!

3. How long have you had your pet friend?
Almost 2 years

4. How did you get your pet?
Pretty randomly to be honest. It was an early Sunday morning and my mom knocked on my door asking me if I wanted this puppy that she saw on Facebook (I had just woken up so I thought I was dreaming). The breeders were friends of relatives so we hopped in the car and drove 4 hours to Tennessee to get her! I honestly was waiting for something to go wrong the whole time because I couldn't believe that I was finally getting a puppy, everything was running too smoothly! Eventually, we got her (she was so small and puffy) and it's a miracle that nothing went sour!

5. How old is your pet?
Today she is 2 years old!

6. What are some quirky things about your pet's personality?
Lucy has so much personality it's insane! She's so loving and caring but she can also be sassy and crazy! She's also really active (she loves her walkies and playing outside) and incredibly smart!

7. What does your relationship with your pet mean to you?
Everything! She makes me so happy inside! I've wanted a dog for years and never thought I would ever have one of my own. I don't know how I functioned without her. Whenever I'm having a crappy day and get home she greets me and makes all my troubles go away. I love her so much!

8. What are some of your favorite past times with your pet?
Whenever we get home she comes running to the garage door and greets us with her ears down, it's the cutest thing ever! I also when she sleeps next to me at night.

9. What are the nicknames that you call your pet?
We have so many names for Lucy! Bagel, Lucia, corn chip, baby, peepo, we are constantly making up new names for her everyday.

Do you have a pet?

Frank Body Original Body Scrub ♥ Sister Beauty Review

Frank Body Original Body Scrub Beauty Review
Today my older sister will be reviewing the very popular Frank Body Scrub for you guys. Let me know if you would like to see more sister beauty related posts. I have two sisters, a younger one who is obsessed with all things beauty, as much as I was her age. And a older sister who is a noob in the beauty department, but is slowing just now getting into makeup and skincare. She will be reviewing this scrub for you all today.

Product description
"My original, special blend of natural ingredients will scrub away dry, flaky skin and target pesky skin conditions like cellulite, stretch marks, eczema, and psoriasis."

First impression
Smells surprisingly citrus-y, like orange and something else. Doesn't have that strong coffee smell I was expecting. It looks like used coffee grounds (which I heard you can use once your morning coffee is made. Sounds resourceful and cheaper imho)

I used it first thing in the shower and that was a smart move. It's MESSY AF. I spent the rest of my shower rinsing coffee grounds out of the tub. It wasn't as drying as I thought it'd be, it's actually kind of oily. If you have dry skin like me, this is a plus. I did wash afterwards too, but I skipped the loofah I usually use. Otherwise, my skin would been peeling. I loved using it on my feet though. Any scrub I have leftover will probably go to DIY pedicures.

Bang for your buck?
I only used about 1/4 to 1/3 of the package. For about $15, it's not bad.

Sadly, this wasn't a life-changing product for me, so I likely won't buy again. I'd be happy to accept as a gift though. ;D

Valentine's Day ♥ Weekly Planner Spread

Valentine's Day Planner Spread
Happy Valentine's Day! I hope you all have/had a lovely day today with your loved ones! With this week being Valentine's Day I really enjoyed sticking hearts everywhere! Not gonna lie though I'm getting tired of too much pink. Next week I'm going to add more color. Speaking of next week! Next week is going to be really fun! I won't spoil the surprise but I will be going on a trip in the second half of the week (but I will be decorating my planner around the place we are going to). I've mentioned this trip a few times on my blog already so some of your may know where I'm going to. I can't wait! I'm really excited for next week!

Valentine's Day Planner Spread
Since last week's spread was very pink I decided to add red to this week spread. I really loved the way it came out. For this week I added a lot of hearts to represent that it is Valentine's Day. I also tried to add couple Tsum Tsums but I didn't really have any so I added those bunnies, Minnie and Daisy (which I think are cookies or something) and I even found a Donald so I added him as well.

Valentine's Day Planner Spread
Here is the left side. This week I took a lot of blog pictures because I want to start planning two week in advance. I did this last summer and it really helped me stay on track with my blog and not stress out as much. Hopefully, I will get there by March.

Valentine's Day Planner Spread
This is the right side of the planner. I drew in the Valentine's Day projects I did this week. I really liked the way they turned out! I'm getting more confident in drawing on my planner. Back when I first started I was scared of messing up but I think I've really improved in the past few weeks. What do you guys think?
